It took a week to get the tub and Bob took another day to get it installed. The salesmen seem to over promise and over charge, but the product and skill level of the installers are top notch. We are happy with the final product and would use American Home Design again. It was difficult to get anyone to make a bid, and there are a lot of rip off artists out there, so going with a national chain makes sense. Because of the pandemic, we were told that there may be a delay in getting the windows in stock. After waiting several months and checking with the company periodically, we discovered that the service manager had left the company. The new manager told us in late January that the windows were in and that they can be installed on February 15, 2022. In the meantime, two other windows started having the same leakage problem so they agreed to inspect them when they came for the installation. Today, February 15, 2022, the technician appears at our door without the windows and informs us that he just came to inspect the other windows.

We need answers and hoping that the BBB can help. We had quite a back and forth between the salesman and his boss. They were not able to do all the work we wanted for our bathroom remodel, so we scaled down what we wanted and got a quote around $23,000. We declined that and were contacted by the supervisor a day or two later who said he could lower the cost to $14,000. I've simplified the back and forth by cutting out a bunch of phone calls and 4 home visits for pictures and measurements.
They called to confirm they got the card and get the "necessary" information to send me the gift card. When I wouldn't let them pressure sell me or come to my house for "water inspection" I suddenly didn't qualify for the gift card.
